For a one-time fixed fee we form our Client's new entity, prepare and file the minute book and all corporate documents, and obtain the corporate seal. We prepare the forms required to obtain the federal employer identification number and the s-election from the IRS.
Included is your private Corporations 101 session in which we provide instruction geared specifically to your start-up, its ongoing maintenance as a business entity, and guidance in dealing with the IRS, banks and accountants. This helps you properly manage your business growth while we handle your legal issues.
